I just wanted to say THANK YOU. I've been reflecting on my clinic's growth and how fun and almost effortless it is, and it all started with the group coaching I did with you . There was an exercise that I think was "Envision your Perfect Team" or something similar, and I knew there was one employee I had to let go. We had a session about the firing process, and the firing went as smoothly as it could. You also put into my mind that my clinic could see 100 patients/week, which sounded insane to me at the time, but we have 110 appointments on the schedule this week (and most weeks the last few months have been 90!)

That's what a coaching client has experienced since we started working together last year.

She reached out to me in July 2023,, and was then seeing about 25 patients a week. She had hired another coach, but wasn't getting the results she wanted (no shade, it just wasn't yielding what she wanted).

We started working together--first in a small group, then 1:1, and this week she is seeing 96 patients.

AND she took a 3 week trip to Europe with her family this summer.

AND she takes a week off periodically to work on her DAOM (every couple of months).

She will be out of the office for 10 days this month.

AND her new norm is 90ish patients a week.

In our time together, she hired really great front desk support, expanded her current office from 3 to 4 treatment rooms, and shored up her patient communication and cancellation policy. She also went from seeing 2 patients an hour, to 3 patients an hour, and now, 4 patients an hour.

She's not exhausted. She said her full days feel really easy now.

She gets EXCELLENT results for her patients (her practice is largely referrals from her current patients).

She's a mom, with two school age children and a partner who works full time.

She's doing what she loves, and she's making a great living. She dives deep into the medicine as her passion. She's clear that she wants to help many people feel better, and that she wants to make a great living doing it.

This is a perfect example of what's possible with coaching. THIS is why I coach. Because 70 more patients per week are getting care from someone who is prioritizing her own health and wellbeing, living her dream life.

Next up? She'll be hiring an Associate. And a year from now, her clinic will be helping 150-160 patients a week with the same care and sustainable systems in place.

Healing is my mission. Transforming generational patterns of “not enough” is my purpose.

I’ve been coaching practitioners how to thrive in their clinics since 2017. I’ve helped hundreds of clients increase their income, have more time for what matters most to them, and go home with better energy at the end of the day.

I grew my own cash practice to a team of eight helping 150 patients a week in an all cash practice (in a building I owned), while thriving in my marriage, as a parent, as a clinician and leader. What started as one room sublease and white-knuckling my schedule grew to a practice beyond my wildest imagination. It was built on systems, human-centered communication, and a deep commitment to realizing my vision in a sustainable way.

I didn’t just “know” how to grow a business, or how to help people heal. I grew up in a household where suffering was the dominant state of being. My mother grew up with trauma — alcoholism, abuse, poverty, ADHD, depression, being a woman in the 1970’s without much financial agency. She suffered physical pain, mental pain, and tremendous shame. Her coping skills consisted of escape and addiction.

As the oldest of six children and I stood in for her when her suffering overwhelmed her ability to be a present parent. As a kid, I just wanted to help. I understand that as an adult, my capacity to help when I was a child was pretty limited, but my desire to help others was born of witnessing this kind of life-defining suffering. 

Healing is possible. That’s what my life has taught me. No matter how much suffering you have experienced. No matter what you came from. Your thriving—financially, emotionally, relationally—is entirely possible. This is my life’s work. I am here to help you thrive. I am here to help you learn how to connect with your own agency, again and again and again. You are the leader of your life. This is how everything changes, for generations forwards and backwards.

My greatest passion is to help you create real gains with your time, money, and energy.
